Thrifted Greatness Return Policy
At Thrifted Greatness, we take pride in offering you the finest selection of used luxury and vintage clothing. Before we post anything for sale, each garment is carefully inspected for stains and signs of wear and tear, and we repair these to the best of our abilities. However, not everything goes to plan 100% of the time. Therefore, any stains or signs of wear and tear that are still visible on the garment are photographed and/or mentioned in the item's description and already reflected in the sale price.
Furthermore, returns will not be accepted due to a customer's improper laundering and its subsequent effects on the garments (shrinkage, stains, tearing, etc.) Please remember that it is highly likely that your purchased vintage and luxury garments require special attention when cleaning them. Be sure to inspect the care tag attached to your garment for the most accurate information. If there is no care tag attached to your item, then you were notified of such in the the item's description when you first purchased it and were provided wash instructions as well. If you are unsure whether to use a dryer or not, it is preferred to air dry and not use a dryer.
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a return might be necessary. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
A) Notification:

The business must be notified within 7 days of receiving your item(s). To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [your email/contact form link] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
B) Shipping Back the Item(s):

Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item back to us within 7 days of the initial contact. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Include your order number and return authorization in the package.
C) Return Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
D) Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The item(s) must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you. If the item(s) show any additional signs of wear or damage not present at the time of sale, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund to cover the repair costs.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 4-8 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Thrifted Greatness is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
